HOW TO RETURN

How to Return (Online Orders)

If you wish to return an online order for store credit, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with a returns form and return address.
  2. Ensure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags attached.
  3. Securely package your item (including the returns form) and send it back within 7 days of receiving your Returns Confirmation Number (RC#) via email. For international customers, returns are accepted up to 21 days after receiving your RC#.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. Afro Chic Design is not liable for items lost in transit, so we recommend using trackable, registered post.
  • ALL online orders must be returned to the address provided via email.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only exchanges or store credit.
  • Items found to be worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • For size exchanges, please email hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
