HOW TO RETURN
How to Return (Online Orders)
If you wish to return an online order for store credit, please follow the steps below:
- Email hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with a returns form and return address.
- Ensure the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has all tags attached.
- Securely package your item (including the returns form) and send it back within 7 days of receiving your Returns Confirmation Number (RC#) via email. For international customers, returns are accepted up to 21 days after receiving your RC#.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. Afro Chic Design is not liable for items lost in transit, so we recommend using trackable, registered post.
- ALL online orders must be returned to the address provided via email.
- Returns initiated after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, only exchanges or store credit.
- Items found to be worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- For size exchanges, please email hi@afrochicdesigns.com.au.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
